Orders Processing
Overview
When you use the PersonalBridge app, new orders will be sent to PersonalBridge. The system will receive the orders' information and display them in the Orders section.
Primary status of the order
Review Design
When an order is transferred to the system, it will have a Review Design status, the system will create a design file based on the custom information of the order. This is an important status, you need to review and approve or reject the design.
You can upload another design instead of using a system design file through the upload custom function. In addition, you can also use the Regenerate function to recreate a new design file or use the download function to download the design file.

In case you need to edit the order's customization information, you can use the Edit Customization function to edit:

The system will display an intuitive editing screen to easily edit the information. After editing, click Save Changes to save the changes, the system will recreate the design file as soon as you click Save Changes.

After carefully checking the design file or uploading your own new design file, you need to select Accept Design or Reject Design. If you select Accept Design, the order will be changed to Designed, by contrast, when you select Reject Design, the order will change to Design Rejected.

Designed
As soon as the order's design is accepted, the system will change the order status to Designed, this is the status that the order has print files and is ready to be processed with the fulfillment service.
+ In case the order contains products of builtin fulfillment service:
If your order contains products of the builtin fulfillment service, after at least 5 minutes, the system will push the order to the corresponding fulfillment service based on the API Key you entered in the fulfillment service setting step. After the order is pushed to the fulfillment service, the system will change the order status to In Production.
+ In case the order contains products of the custom fulfillment service:
If your order contains products from the custom fulfillment service, you need to export orders for manual processing. The system supports you to export orders according to the templates. See how to create export template.
To export, you tick orders and press export. The system supports you to export according to templates and you can also change the status of the order after Export by ticking Also change order(s) status and selecting a new status. When you press Export the system will process the export orders and allow you to download the resulting file.

In Production
The status In Production represents that the order is being produced by the fulfillment service. If your order contains products of the builtin fulfillment service, after the order is pushed to the fulfillment service in the status Designed, the system will update the order status to In Production.
Fulfilled
When the fulfillment service gives the tracking code of the order or you add a tracking code, the system will update the status of the order to Fulfilled.
Cancelled
If you need to cancel the order, you can click on the action cancel and confirm that you are sure to cancel the order, the system will update the order status to Cancelled.
Error
If there is any error when the system pushes your order to the fulfillment service, the system will update the status of the order to Error.
Design Rejected
When you reject design in Review Design status, the order will be changed to Design Rejected status.
Edit the shipping address of the order
To edit the shipping address of the order we have 2 methods:
Method 1: Edit in order detail
Step 1: You need to click order to go to the detail page:

Step 2: Click the edit icon to change the shipping address:

After editing the information, click Save Changes to save:

Method 2: Edit in quick view
Step 1: In the Action section of the order, select Quick View, the system will display the order's information along with shipping address information:

Step 2: Click the edit icon to edit the shipping address:

After editing the information, click Save Changes to save.
Fill in tracking code for order
To add tracking code to an order, select Add Tracking from the Action section of the order:

The system allows you to enter one or more tracking for each order. You can click Add tracking to add a new tracking field. Then click Save to save the new tracking.

Hide or show columns of the order table
You can hide or show columns of the order table that the system supports through Screen Options:

You just need to tick to show a column or uncheck to hide a column.

Filter orders
In case you need to filter orders by some criteria such as fulfillment, stores, product bases, the system has already helped you to filter orders through More filters.

The system supports you to filter orders by product bases, stores, fulfillment.
